Badges are $1 per unit whether you order ten or five hundred. There is no volume break to chase here, so the count is a straightforward question of how many you will actually hand out. What does bite is the 10-unit minimum per design: it is applied per design, so two different crests are two runs of ten rather than one run of twenty.
Made to your artwork
The shield badge photographed here is 4″ square. That is the sample rather than a standard — badges are made to the artwork you send, so a crest that is not a tidy circle or square does not have to be redrawn to fit a stock outline, and the number of colors in it is yours to decide.
Scheduling
Badges sit on a 3–4 week cycle from the day an order is confirmed — the same window the GiPro and apparel lines work to. Ordered together, they finish together, rather than the patches following on later under freight of their own.
Belts
Durable, dense-cotton BJJ belts built to hold a knot and survive years of training. Available across every rank from white to black, with rank bar and custom embroidery options for academies and gradings.

Every adult rank is made here — white, blue, purple, brown and black — along with kids’ ranks, in A0–A5 with youth lengths below that. An academy promoting across the full ladder can put every rank on a single purchase order rather than splitting one grading between two suppliers.
Where the price actually moves
Belts are the one line on this page where volume genuinely changes the rate. The table below runs from $5 down to $2 — a 60% fall between the smallest and largest tier. That is steep enough to be worth setting the quantity against a grading calendar rather than a single grading night, and it is the opposite of how the badges above are priced.
Minimums and timing
Ten units is the floor on any one design, and that is also how the tier gets counted. Allow 3–4 weeks once the order is confirmed — a belt run booked with a Gi order comes off the floor on the same timetable.

The Gi bag is sized to take a folded Gi with the belt kept separate — the inside belt pocket means a damp belt does not sit against the jacket on the way home, and the outside accessories pocket holds mouthguard, tape, and keys without opening the main compartment. Caps are adjustable rather than sized, so an academy ordering 10 does not have to forecast head sizes across its members.
Branded to match
The bag is printed with your academy logo and the cap takes the same logo applied to order, so the two pieces a student carries away from the mats read the same as the Gi they train in.
Both run on the 3–4 week schedule the rest of the range uses, which is what lets them be added to a Gi, rash guard or apparel order and travel with it instead of being ordered separately afterwards.
Price Per Unit
Badges hold at $1 per unit at every tier. The volume break is on belts, which step from $5 down to $2 as the run grows.

Prices are per unit in USD and exclude shipping. Freight is quoted per order and paid by the customer under DAP (Incoterms® 2020); customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Minimum order is 10 units per design, and the tier applies per design. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quotation.

What a grading actually costs
Take an academy promoting 40 students and giving each of them a belt and an academy badge. At 40 units the belt sits in the middle tier at $3, so the belt line is $120. The badges are $1 each at any quantity, adding $40. The goods come to $160.
Forty is an awkward number to stop on. Ten more belts crosses into the top tier, where every belt in the run is priced at $2 — 50 belts for $100. The larger order is $20 cheaper than the smaller one and leaves ten belts in the cupboard for the next intake, bringing the same grading to $140.
The one thing that undoes this is splitting the run. Those 40 belts ordered as four separate ten-unit designs are four separate ten-unit runs, each priced at $5, which puts the belt line at $200 rather than $120.
