Sublimation printing lets your design run edge to edge — no peeling, no cracking, no fading. The 240gsm four-way stretch fabric moves with you, wicks moisture, and holds compression through the hardest rounds. Flatlock seams stay flat against the skin to prevent chafing under the Gi.

No-Gi Shorts
Our No-Gi shorts are cut from the same 90% polyester / 10% spandex 4-way stretch fabric as the Evosoft rash guard, in 110, 140 or 240gsm, flatlock stitched and supplied tagless in the same way. Ordered together in the same weight, the two pieces take the same sublimated artwork, hold the same colour, and behave the same way in the wash — because they are the same cloth.

Measurements are of the garment laid flat and unstretched. Chest width is taken across the body 1” below the armhole; body length from the high point of the shoulder to the hem; sleeve length from the shoulder point to the cuff on the short-sleeve cut. Sizes step 1” in chest width and 1” in length, with a ½” step in sleeve.
Kids rash guards carry the same MOQ of 10 units per design, and sizes can be mixed freely within one design.

Waist is the body measurement, not the garment; length is the finished outseam from the top of the waistband to the hem. Waist steps 2” per size and length 1”, on the same grade as the kids rash guards.
Kids shorts share a waist band with the smaller adult sizes — Y3 matches adult XS and Y4 matches adult S — but run a shorter leg, so a junior gets the right length without the hem sitting past the knee. Above a 31” waist, order from the adult table.
Every pair has a drawstring waistband with roughly 2” of adjustment either way, so a stockier athlete can size to the waist without losing leg length.

Yes — Evosoft rash guards can be fully sublimated with your academy's logo, sponsors, and color themes. Because we use edge-to-edge sublimation printing, your design runs across the entire garment with no limits on color count or placement.
Are Evosoft rash guards suitable for both No-Gi and under-Gi training?
Yes. The Evosoft is made from moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, and stretchable fabric in 110, 140 or 240gsm — ideal for No-Gi sessions as standalone competition gear, and designed to sit flat under the Gi without bunching or causing discomfort during rolls.
Will the rash guard design fade or peel after washing?
No. We use high-quality sublimation printing that permanently bonds the design into the fabric at a molecular level. The colors won't crack, peel, or fade — even after years of regular washing and hard training. This is the fundamental advantage of sublimation over screen printing or heat transfer.
What is the minimum order for Evosoft rash guards?

What is the exact fabric composition of the Evosoft?
90% polyester and 10% spandex. The polyester is what the sublimation dye bonds to, which is why the print cannot crack or peel; the spandex is what gives the fabric its 4-way stretch and recovery. The weight is chosen per design — 110, 140 or 240 GSM, with 240 GSM as standard — and every unit of that design is cut from the same specification.
Is the Evosoft fabric 4-way stretch?
Yes. The 240 GSM 90/10 polyester-spandex knit stretches along both the length and the width of the cloth and recovers to shape, which is what lets the garment hold compression through a round instead of bagging at the elbows and shoulders.
What seam construction do you use on the rash guard?
Flatlock stitch throughout. A flatlock seam joins the two panels edge to edge rather than folding them over each other, so there is no raised ridge sitting against the skin — which is what prevents chafing on long under-Gi sessions and stops the seam catching under a Gi jacket.
Are the rash guards tagless inside?
Yes. We supply the Evosoft tagless, with the size and care information printed directly inside the garment instead of on a sewn-in tag. There is nothing at the neck to scratch, curl, or be cut out by the athlete, and the printed label carries your branding on a private-label order.
What fabric are your No-Gi shorts made from?
The same fabric as the Evosoft rash guard — 90% polyester and 10% spandex in 110, 140 or 240 GSM (240 GSM as standard), with 4-way stretch, flatlock seams and tagless printed inner labels. Ordering shorts alongside rash guards in the same weight means both pieces take the same sublimated artwork and behave the same way in the wash, because they are the same cloth.
How is the No-Gi shorts waistband constructed?
Our standard build is a hybrid closure waistband. We can also customize the closure to your specification — tell us what your athletes prefer and we build the waistband to match on your order.
Are the No-Gi shorts available unlined or compression-lined?
Both are available. Unlined is the single shell, worn over the athlete's own spats or compression shorts, and is the usual choice for grappling. Compression-lined has an inner compression short built into the waistband, so the garment is complete on its own. The price difference between the two is confirmed in your written quotation.
What do SKU codes like ERG240CF mean?
The SKU describes how the garment is built. E is for Evosoft, RG for a rash guard or SH for shorts, then comes the fabric weight in GSM, then the cut: CF compression fit or LF loose fit on a rash guard, and BS broad short, CF compression fit or HY hybrid (a broad short with a compression lining) on shorts. So ERG240CF is a 240gsm compression-fit rash guard and ESH110CF is a pair of 110gsm compression shorts. Quote the SKU on a repeat order and we build to the same specification.
