We do not collect payment card information through our website.
This site sets no analytics cookies unless you agree to them. On your first visit you are asked to accept or decline; nothing is loaded until you choose, and declining costs you no functionality. Your answer is stored in your browser's local storage — not in a cookie — and you can change it at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat that as a decline and never ask.
If you accept, we load Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that helps us see which pages get read and where visitors get stuck. Clarity sets two first-party cookies:
Clarity also records anonymised session replays and builds aggregate heatmaps of clicks and scrolling. Text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not captured in replays. We use this only to improve the website; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not ask Clarity for advertising storage.
Microsoft acts as a data processor for this and handles the data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Declining, or later withdrawing consent through Cookie Settings, stops Clarity loading and deletes the two cookies from your browser.
Separately from analytics, when you click one of our WhatsApp buttons the message that opens is pre-filled with the name of the place you came to us from — for example ChatGPT, Google, Facebook, or simply Website if you arrived directly. This tells us which channels bring us enquiries. To do it we keep one entry in your browser's local storage on your first visit: the referring site, the page you landed on, and the date. It expires after 30 days, is not a cookie, contains nothing you type, and is never shared with a third party. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to send the message, and the full message — including that line — is visible to you in WhatsApp before you send it.
Separately, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are not cookies and are not used to profile you.
