1. Who We Are

Gimakx is a B2B manufacturer of custom BJJ Gis, rash guards, and martial arts apparel, supplying professional academies and sports retailers worldwide. Our contact email is support@gimakx.com.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit a quote request form on our website, we collect the following information you voluntarily provide:

• Academy or company name
• Contact name
• Email address
• WhatsApp or phone number (optional)
• Country
• Order details (product interest, quantity, design requirements)

We do not collect payment card information through our website.

3. Cookies and Analytics

This site sets no analytics cookies unless you agree to them. On your first visit you are asked to accept or decline; nothing is loaded until you choose, and declining costs you no functionality. Your answer is stored in your browser's local storage — not in a cookie — and you can change it at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat that as a decline and never ask.

If you accept, we load Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that helps us see which pages get read and where visitors get stuck. Clarity sets two first-party cookies:

• _clck — keeps a Clarity user ID for the site, so repeat visits are counted as one visitor (expires after 1 year)
• _clsk — joins the pages you view into a single session (expires after 1 day)

Clarity also records anonymised session replays and builds aggregate heatmaps of clicks and scrolling. Text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not captured in replays. We use this only to improve the website; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not ask Clarity for advertising storage.

Microsoft acts as a data processor for this and handles the data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Declining, or later withdrawing consent through Cookie Settings, stops Clarity loading and deletes the two cookies from your browser.

Separately from analytics, when you click one of our WhatsApp buttons the message that opens is pre-filled with the name of the place you came to us from — for example ChatGPT, Google, Facebook, or simply Website if you arrived directly. This tells us which channels bring us enquiries. To do it we keep one entry in your browser's local storage on your first visit: the referring site, the page you landed on, and the date. It expires after 30 days, is not a cookie, contains nothing you type, and is never shared with a third party. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to send the message, and the full message — including that line — is visible to you in WhatsApp before you send it.

Separately, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are not cookies and are not used to profile you.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your quote request or inquiry
• Process and manage your order if a business relationship is established
• Follow up on previous inquiries where relevant

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain inquiry information for up to 3 years for business correspondence purposes, or until you request deletion. If no order is placed within 12 months of an initial inquiry, your data may be archived or deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent for future communications at any time
• Accept or decline analytics cookies, and change that choice whenever you like, via Cookie Settings

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All data submitted through our website is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is restricted to authorised team members only.
