Gimakx operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer. Our services are available to registered businesses, sports academies, retailers, and institutional buyers only. We do not process individual consumer orders.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 units per design. Orders below this threshold cannot be accepted. Mixed-product orders (e.g. Gis + rash guards) are treated as separate product lines for MOQ purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a binding order. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a written purchase order and payment of the agreed deposit. Gimakx reserves the right to decline any quote request.
Typical production lead time for custom orders is 3–4 weeks from confirmation of design and receipt of deposit. Standard (non-custom) items typically ship within a few days. Lead times are estimates only and are subject to production capacity. Gimakx shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, supplier disruption, or shipping carrier issues.
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) under Incoterms® 2020. Gimakx arranges carriage to the delivery address stated on the order; the customer acts as importer of record in the destination country.
Freight is paid by the customer. Freight charges are calculated per order and stated in the written quotation before the order is confirmed — they are not included in unit pricing.
Shipping is available by air or by sea. Typical transit times are 8–12 business days by air and 40–50 business days by sea, measured from dispatch. Transit time is additional to the production lead time set out in Section 4.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any clearance charges levied in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the quoted unit price or freight charge.
Samples are available on request. Sample terms are agreed with each customer and confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipment. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (TT), Western Union, and Payoneer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal written quotation is issued.
By submitting logos, artwork, or design files, the customer confirms they hold the right to use and reproduce such materials. Customer-submitted artwork remains the intellectual property of the customer. Gimakx retains no rights to customer artwork beyond fulfilling the specific order.
Gimakx maintains quality control throughout production. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Defective units will be replaced or refunded at Gimakx's discretion. Minor variations in colour between digital proofs and finished product are inherent to the sublimation and dyeing process and do not constitute defects.
Gimakx's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
